The benefit of a compact, highly specialised company such as etibe is great flexibility. Impossible is not in our vocabulary. Thanks to the modular design of etibe labelling machines, they can be adapted to a wide variety of applications.
If this should not be enough, we will build a genuine “custom” labelling machine.
Etibe-10 Model
Customer requirement
A customer was looking for a compact machine with a high cycle speed (> 15,000 labels/h) to apply a wet glue label to the paper tube of a fly catcher.
Solution
A special version of the etibe-10 model series with a larger label removal cylinder and longer rolling distance. The confirmed, reliable performance of 18,000 labels/h covers even peak production demand.
HKM-Prisma
Customer requirement
Application of adhesive labels to conical plastic cans with a labelling solution for small runs at the lowest possible cost. The labels for the small can are curved (banana shaped).
Solution
HKM-Prisma with interchangeable, conical rollers for the pressing station.

Application of adhesive labels to a hexagonal jar with a front label over 3 sides and a back label. Impression of a date on the back label.

HKM-10D with 2 label dispensers, one of them with printer, additional conveyor and special press roller station.

Application of an adhesive label with banner on the bottom of a can. The banner has to be applied around the corner onto the cover as an authenticity seal. It is loaded by hand.

HKM-10 speciality machine, application of the label to the can from underneath. Application of the sealing tab using a special spring-mounted pressing roller.

Application of protective foil to delicate, high-gloss plastic cover caps. The cover caps are loaded by hand.
